By purchasing a service, product, or package from Brave The Rise, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Services Provided

Brave The Rise provides business startup support services designed to assist women who are beginning their entrepreneurial journey. Services may include business formation assistance, startup guidance, organizational tools, and educational resources.

All services are intended for informational and support purposes only.

Brave The Rise does not provide legal, tax, or financial advisory services.

Payment Terms

Payment is required in full before services begin.

Once payment has been received, the service process will begin and the support window associated with the purchased package will start once the initial consultation has occurred.

Support windows are as follows:

Brave Begin Package — 7 days
Brave Build Package — 15 days
Brave Rise Package — 30 days

Support provided outside of the package timeframe may require an additional service purchase.

Filing Fees and Government Costs

Package pricing covers the service and support provided by Brave The Rise.

Government filing fees, state registration fees, local licensing fees, and publication costs (if required by your state) are not included in package pricing and must be paid separately.

Government processing times are outside the control of Brave The Rise.

Refund Policy

Because services begin once payment is received and time is reserved for each client, all service purchases are generally non-refundable.

Refunds may only be considered in situations where:

• A client cancels before any service work has begun
• A purchased service cannot be completed by Brave The Rise

No refunds will be issued for completed services or partially completed services.

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide accurate information needed to complete requested services. Delays caused by missing or incorrect information may affect completion timelines.

Intellectual Property

All materials, templates, guides, and resources provided by Brave The Rise are the intellectual property of Brave The Rise.

These materials may not be copied, reproduced, resold, or distributed without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Brave The Rise is not responsible for decisions made by clients based on information or guidance provided through services, resources, or materials.

Clients are responsible for ensuring their business complies with all applicable local, state, and federal requirements.
