Brave The Rise Refund Policy

Service-Based Purchases

Brave The Rise provides personalized business startup support services. Because time and resources are reserved for each client once a service is purchased, most services are non-refundable.

Refunds are only considered under the limited circumstances described below.

When Refunds May Be Issued

A refund may be issued if:

• A client requests cancellation before any service work has begun
• Brave The Rise determines that the requested service cannot be completed

In these situations, a full or partial refund may be issued at the discretion of Brave The Rise.

When Refunds Are Not Available

Refunds will not be issued once:

• A consultation or service session has taken place
• Business formation work or preparation has begun
• Documents have been prepared or submitted
• The client has received startup materials, templates, or resources included with their package

Because services involve time, preparation, and customized support, completed or partially completed services are not eligible for refunds.

Government Filing Fees

Package pricing covers the support and services provided by Brave The Rise.

State filing fees, local licensing fees, and publication costs (if required by the state) are not included in package pricing and are paid separately to the appropriate government agency.

These fees are non-refundable once submitted to the state or local authority.

Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information needed to complete services. Delays caused by incomplete or incorrect information may affect timelines and do not qualify for refunds.
