Cancellation & Service Termination Policy
Client Cancellation
Clients may cancel their service by providing written notice prior to the start of any service work.
If cancellation occurs before services have begun, a refund may be considered in accordance with the Brave The Rise Refund Policy.
Once service work has begun, refunds may not be available except in limited circumstances as outlined in the Refund Policy.
Scope of Services
Brave The Rise provides business startup support services as described within each service package.
If a client requests services that fall outside the scope of services offered by Brave The Rise, the request may be declined or may require a separate agreement.
Either party may choose to discontinue services if it becomes clear that the requested work falls outside the scope of services provided.
Service Fit
Brave The Rise strives to maintain a supportive and productive working relationship with every client.
Either party may choose to discontinue services if it becomes clear that the working relationship is not a good fit.
Right to Decline or Discontinue Services
Brave The Rise reserves the right to decline, cancel, or discontinue services at any time if it is determined that the working relationship is no longer productive, respectful, or appropriate.
This may include, but is not limited to:
• Requests for services outside the scope of services offered
• Failure to provide necessary information required to complete services
• Abusive, hostile, or inappropriate behavior
• Requests involving unethical or unlawful business activity
Refund Consideration
If services are discontinued by Brave The Rise before work has begun, a refund may be issued.
If services have already begun, a partial refund may be considered based on the amount of work completed at the time services are discontinued.
Communication
Clients are expected to communicate respectfully and provide accurate information necessary to complete services.
Delays caused by incomplete or incorrect information may affect service timelines.
